Early Years Leadership Position

Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to lead our Toddler room in Sydney, AU. The successful candidate will create a stimulating and safe learning environment for children aged 1-3 years old.
About the Role
- Develop and implement curriculum plans based on the EYLF framework
- Mentor and collaborate with the team to ensure a high standard of childcare practice
- Foster meaningful relationships with parents and families through effective communication
- Monitor and maintain high standards of childcare practice
- Contribute to centre-based decision making processes
Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood and Care (or ACECQA approved qualification)
- Full time - 38 hours per week
- Extensive knowledge of EYLF and NQS frameworks
- Previous experience in a leadership position or strong leadership skills
- Full working rights in Australia & Valid WWCC
