About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team in Adelaide. As an Account Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of customers across our comprehensive solution stack, ensuring seamless interactions at every touchpoint.

The role involves two primary responsibilities: delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving patch retention and growth to meet established targets.

You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing intelligence, and identifying new business opportunities. Your expertise will include strategic business planning, orchestration, and workshops to address customer needs.

  • Developing deep customer insights and nurturing long-term relationships
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities and promoting Brennan solutions
  • Ensuring contract renewal on time and meeting set sales targets

You will work independently, collaborating with various teams to provide comprehensive solutions. This includes attending training sessions and staying up-to-date with services and products.

As a key stakeholder, you will drive future technology roadmaps, prepare proposals, and manage bids. Effective communication with C-suite executives is essential for success in this role.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in ICT account management
  • A proven track record of achieving sales revenue targets
