Join a dynamic team as a Customer Quality Manager where you will play a vital role in ensuring clients receive high-quality results from PhotonAssay units.
The position involves collaborating with the Product Performance Manager to ensure QAQC meets laboratory and end-user requirements, establishing confidence in PhotonAssay.
A key focus area will be managing relationships with new and existing customers regarding instrument performance and data quality. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of new quality processes and procedures to improve PhotonAssay data quality globally.
About The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to grow professionally and work with industry experts on cutting-edge technology that reduces environmental impact.
- Manage client expectations and deliver high-quality results through effective communication and relationship management.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Work collaboratively with the Applications team to optimize on-site calibrations for new and existing services.
- Prepare technical reports, publications, and presentations as required.
- Mentor junior staff members and contribute to a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and ongoing learning and development.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring short and long-term QAQC meets laboratory and end-user customer requirements.
- Managing relationships with direct customers regarding data quality, QAQC procedures, instrument calibration and performance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new quality processes and procedures to improve PhotonAssay data quality globally.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering or science, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Experience in a laboratory or quality management role.
- Understanding of mining industry QAQC requirements and report protocols under NI43-101, JORC and others.
- Strong knowledge of international compliance and standardisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of technical documentation and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; ability to work globally.
