Delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships are at the heart of this Customer Relationship Specialist role.

About the Position

We seek a highly skilled professional to provide outstanding customer service, identifying and supporting customers to explore their current and future financial needs.

This key member of our team will work closely with our Branch Manager to develop customer relationships through regular contact, proactive lead management, and referral opportunities. Your ability to build trust and create positive customer experiences will set you apart in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to identify and meet customer needs by maintaining high levels of product knowledge and adhering to all regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact, meeting with customers to discuss their needs, providing personalized solutions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Identify opportunities for referrals and facilitate connections to specialist teams as needed, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Coach and support Customer Service Officers to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  • Experience in retail banking or a related industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

  • Ability to learn and use technical financial systems, staying up-to-date with new products and services.
