As a Sales Specialist with Macro Recruitment, you will play a critical role in promoting our client's innovative solutions to the construction, mining, manufacturing, agricultural, events, and healthcare industries. With a strong focus on building relationships with distributors and negotiating deals, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and contributing to the company's success.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in building sales by liaising with new and existing distributors and negotiating deals.
  • Action enquiries from relevant sectors in a timely fashion and close such enquiries.
  • Assist the director with project meetings, monitor contractor performance, and prepare reports as directed.
  • Review stock levels of generators and ensure sales and dispatch correspond with such stock levels.
  • Liaise with Logistics and Sales Administration team members to facilitate stock movement.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in solar, inverter, BESS, solar battery, energy storage, and hybrid energy sales is essential.
  • The ability to undertake multiple tasks with minimal supervision and analyze changes in the market.
  • A keen attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
