Renewable Energy Sector Business Development Executive

Redpath Partners, a leading partner in the industry, is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join their team in Sydney or Melbourne. This pivotal role involves generating and presenting solutions to renewable energy developers, reporting directly to the Head of Business Development.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience as a Business Development Manager in the renewables sector, with a strong background in engineering, marketing, or business. Advanced written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying opportunities for collaboration between Redpath Partners and renewable energy developers.
- BUILDING AND MAINTAINING KEY STAKEHOLDER RELATIONSHIPS.
- Updating project opportunity overviews and detailed features of each project.
- Maintaining market intelligence and timely updating project information.
- Accountability for targeted renewable energy projects.
- Managing and maintaining relationships with major suppliers.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess tertiary qualifications in engineering, marketing, or business, along with relevant work experience. A deep understanding of renewable energy projects and Australian standards is also required. Additionally, the ability to plan, multitask, and deliver quality outcomes under pressure is essential.
We offer a competitive salary package for this role, estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience.
