Job Description

As a full-time Renewable Energy Support Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting field operations tasks while providing essential customer service support. Your primary focus will be on site visits to reconnect or disconnect services, conduct meter validations, meter reads where required, and execute site audits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Disconnection and Reconnection: Ensure compliant and accurate disconnections and reconnections in accordance with established regulations and industry best practices.
  • Meter Validations: Conduct thorough reviews of meter data and perform on-site testing to validate the accuracy of meter allocations for customers who raise concerns about their metering.
  • Meter Reading: Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc readings as part of your responsibilities.
  • Site Audits: Perform regular site audits to verify the accuracy of information and assess connection statuses.
