**About Us**

Redpath Partners, a renowned professional services firm, is currently collaborating with a leading global brand that is transforming its service following a highly profitable year. Our client has a unique offering and seeks a Global Renewable Energy Solutions Specialist to be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

This role plays a pivotal part in generating and presenting innovative solutions to renewable energy developers. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, you will identify opportunities for the business to work with renewable energy developers and build key stakeholder relationships that provide an opportunity for this contractor to deliver exceptional solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to engage with renewable energy developers' main contact points
  • Identify project pipelines of each developer and stay updated on project information
  • Provide market intelligence and timely updates on project opportunities
  • Accountable for targeted renewable energy projects and manage relationships with major suppliers
  • Collaborate with other disciplines in the administration and operation of project pipeline
  • Work closely with sales team to drive business growth
  • Prepare documentation for client requests (e.g. pre-qualification)

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Marketing, or Business
  • 5+ years' proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the Renewables sector
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Renewable Energy projects and their unique challenges and opportunities
  • Familiarity with relevant Australian Standards
  • Proven ability in planning, multi-tasking, and delivering quality outcomes to deadline within a high-pressure environment
