About the Role

Sales pipeline growth is a top priority for ServiceNow's Global Sales Development team. As a skilled professional, you will identify and qualify leads, collaborate with Sales Development Reps and Field Sales professionals to drive business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify marketing-generated leads for potential Sales opportunities and manage them to Sales acceptance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on demand generation campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Attend company events and regional trade shows to build relationships and understand customer pain points.
  • Develop a deep understanding of ServiceNow solutions and their value proposition.
  • Research target accounts for prospecting activities and maintain accurate contact information within the CRM.
  • Utilize ServiceNow technology to manage marketing leads efficiently.

Requirements:

  • A customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills.
  • A basic understanding of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings.
  • The ability to differentiate ServiceNow solutions from competitors.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and occasional travel may be required.

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
