The Clinical Care Manager is a key leadership position for the facility located on the Northern Beaches at Peter Cosgrove House, Narrabeen.
- Drive a positive internal culture amongst the team of Nurses and Care Staff
- Ensure Clinical and Care team members work to embed quality care and clinical governance systems and processes, aligned to best practices
- Support the Facility Manager to ensure Clinical and Care labour cost-management initiatives are fully adopted within the facility
- Develop care plans, including establishing optimal, quality lifestyle goals and compliance with industry standards
- Lead engagement with key clinical stakeholders including resident families, suppliers, and referring clinicians
We seek an experienced leader with a track record in developing and leading clinical services. The successful candidate will have:
- Current registration as a registered nurse with the relevant professional board with no current conditions placed upon registration
- Minimum 5 years' postgraduate clinical experience within healthcare, aged care, or another relevant environment
- Prior experience in motivating teams, managing performance, and delivering on accountabilities
- Sound financial acumen for managing resources

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
