InvoCare (IVC), is a leading ASX listed provider of funeral services in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and operates private memorial parks and crematoria in Australia and New Zealand.

Within our Australian Funerals Quality team, we now have a newly created role for a Change Integration Lead. Reporting to the Head of Quality, tis role will enable seamless integration of change programs and projects into the business, while maintaining strategic oversight of change activities across all transformation programs, projects, and business initiatives.

Whilst supporting the awareness and adoption of transformation programs you will coach leaders in the funerals business on their role and responsibilities to effectively manage change and ensure that it lands in a way that minimises disruption to operational delivery, maximises benefits, and focuses on building an agile, innovative, collaborative, and empowered culture across the business unit.

**Skills, knowledge and experience required for this role include**:

- **Business Expertise **- advise change management team about BAU operations, initiatives and major events and facilitate dissemination of change communications and connections with stakeholders
- **Change Management Implementation **- ensure the business unit is well positioned to support and adopt changes and collaborate with Change Managers to input change plans
- **Change Reporting & Risk Management - **Stay informed on Single-View-of-Change (SVOC) insights & reporting to identify change volume peaks/troughs and track BAU initiatives to support identification of workforce capacity risks.

Critical to the success of this role is the solid knowledge of business operations and the ability to build strong relationships so as to advise and report to senior stakeholders. You will possess excellent planning and analytical skills with high attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple initiatives at once
