Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a Brief Intervention Clinician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality psychosocial assessments, low-intensity brief intervention treatment, and evaluation. You'll work closely with our clinical team to provide comprehensive mental health assessments, case coordination, intervention, or group work as required. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping individuals overcome mental health challenges and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality psychosocial assessments and low-intensity brief intervention treatment
- Participate as a member of the clinical team in providing comprehensive mental health assessment, case coordination, intervention, or group work as required
- Complete intake assessments as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess one of the following registrations: General or Provisional AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist, or Mental Health Nurse, or AASW registration as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker. You'll also require demonstrated knowledge and expertise in Brief Intervention Models of Care, as well as commitment to professional development and willingness to participate in ongoing learning.
