Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our Parts team as a Product Information Specialist.

About the Role

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date technical information to customers.
  • Ensure that customers receive the correct products.
  • Assist in providing product information to internal and external customers.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of parts processes including stock control and inventory management.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Mechanical aptitude with previous experience in similar roles an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn ERP, POS, and Microsoft Office systems.
  • Forklift License desirable.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
