Product Information Specialist

Job Description:

This critical role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of travel product loading into our systems. This enables our reservations team to create unforgettable journeys for customers.

The Product Information Specialist will guarantee that product information is up-to-date, accurate, and available for reservations. They will collaborate closely with suppliers to clarify contract details and resolve discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and maintain travel product data in our system.
  • Ensure product information is accurate and current.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to clarify contract details and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support the Reservations Team by responding to product-related queries.
  • Assist the Product Manager with contract checks, reporting, and load progress updates.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the travel industry (retail or wholesale) with strong product knowledge.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in processing information.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills to manage rates and contracts.
  • Excel skills and ideally experience using our system.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
