We are seeking an experienced professional to support healthcare professionals and patients with critical product information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle medical information inquiries via phone and from the sales force
  • Act as secondary contact for a team of Medical Information Specialists
  • Respond appropriately to adverse event reports
  • Utilize cloud-based platforms to manage information and documentation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely medical responses
Preferred Experience & Skills
  • Pharmacy or nursing background
  • 2-5 years of experience in medical information
  • Familiarity with therapeutic areas such as diabetes and oncology
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms like VEEVA
  • Ability to work autonomously in a smaller team setting
  • Leadership experience guiding and mentoring peers/colleagues

Achieve a balance between delivering quality results and meeting project deadlines. Utilize strong communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
