Security Solutions Specialist

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative security solutions for various sectors.

The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work well in a team or autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to visitors, contractors, and clients
  • Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems
  • Conducting building patrols to identify and report potential security risks
  • Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
  • Supporting tenants and facilities management teams
  • Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management
  • Responding to emergency situations and providing support as required

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship or unlimited work rights
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
  • Proficiency in computer systems and security-related software
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including weekdays and weekends
  • Physical fitness to walk and stand for extended periods
  • Crowd control endorsement highly desirable
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
