Job Summary:

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist with a strong background in security solutions to assist our team in implementing various Cyber strengthening projects. This individual will collaborate closely with the IT department and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Upgrade Computer Fleet: Responsible for upgrading existing computer hardware to Windows 11 Pro, ensuring both onsite and remote users have seamless access to required software.
  • Implement Google Credential Provider: Install Google Credential Provider for Windows, covering both onsite and remote users.
  • Support Inquiries: Serve as the primary point of contact for support inquiries related to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Mosyle, and SentinelOne.
  • Collaborate with IT Team: Collaborate effectively with the IT team and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Essential Skills:
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess exceptional customer service skills to provide top-notch support to users.
  • Technical Experience: Have experience in rolling out Mobile Device Management (Mosyle) and/or Mobile Application Management (Google Workspace) solutions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced IT support environments.
  • Experience Requirements: Prefer 3+ years of experience in a technology support role or equivalent combination of training/experience.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in discussing technical matters with non-technical individuals.
