Senior Business Operations Executive

This senior role supports the executive team in driving business strategy forward. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing governance, administrative tasks, and operational activities.
Main Responsibilities- Provide strategic support to senior leaders, including preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
- Support finance functions, processing invoices, and assisting with financial reporting tasks.
- Assist with governance tasks, such as Board and committee meeting minute-taking and planning.
- Help develop and implement a mature risk culture within the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and understanding of governance are essential.
- Prior experience working with an executive team is highly desirable.
- A background in Law, Governance, Business Management, or Human Resources is also desirable.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills are required.
