Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Executive to oversee all operational activities including Supply Chain, Production, Aftermarket, and Compliance. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, efficient services aligned with our mission and strategic vision.

The Senior Operations Executive will lead and develop a skilled, motivated workforce across Supply Chain and Production, fostering a quality-first mindset and a success-oriented team culture.

This executive will manage and continuously improve the Operations functions including Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and Logistics. They will oversee the entire manufacturing process, from raw materials to customer delivery, including supplier qualifications and management of service providers.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' work experience in a multi-national organization, ideally in a heavily regulated manufacturing company, Defence or Automotive. They should have proven ability to balance strategic vision and pragmatic operations, and demonstrated experience in a senior leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a skilled, motivated workforce across Supply Chain and Production
  • Manage and continuously improve the Operations functions including Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and Logistics
  • Oversee the entire manufacturing process, from raw materials to customer delivery
  • Develop and execute strategic short- and long-term plans for operational growth and efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

Education:

  • Degree or master's in operations and/or Supply Chain

Work Experience:

  • 10+ years' work experience in a multi-national organization, ideally in a heavily regulated manufacturing company, Defence or Automotive

Skills:

  • Proven ability to balance strategic vision and pragmatic operations
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership position
