Project Overview


We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile foreshore redevelopment project in Broome, WA. The project is transforming the waterfront and community facilities and entering its final 8 months of construction.


The Project Scope
  • Civil And Structural Works including stormwater systems, water park, ablution and tenancy block construction, dune profiling and revetment works to protect the coastline, and architectural finishes including stainless steel walkways, landscaping, paving and carparking.

The Role Requirements
  • FIFO 2:1 roster ex-Perth
  • Fixed term contract tenure for the remainder of the project (8-10 months)
  • Superb Salary CIRCA $210K Base + 20% site uplift
  • Immediate start preferred with a maximum notice period of 4 weeks

You'll be an accomplished Senior Site Manager with a proven track record on complex civil and building projects, ideally with exposure to coastal/marine works. Your leadership style should balance firm site control with the ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and client representatives.
