General Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

As General Manager, you will be a hands-on leader with a strategic focus, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving business growth. You will champion a culture of mentorship, staff development, and strong community involvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a cohesive team while maintaining a strategic focus on business growth.
  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including accommodation, high-volume restaurants, bars, and functions.
  • Mentor and develop staff, fostering a strong, positive company culture.
  • Build and maintain strong community connections through active engagement.
  • Deliver innovation in food and beverage, events, and brand activations.
  • Ensure all property and management operations comply with relevant laws, legislation, and regulations.
