Customer Engagement Specialist

This is a full-time fixed-term position available until October 2025 with potential for extension, based in our Logan Central office. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am-5pm.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain customer relationships through active community engagement and networking activities.
Develop strong bonds with customers, both face-to-face and over the phone, to understand their employment potential and the necessary actions required to prepare them for job placement.
Conduct customer meetings and guide customers through the process, identify obstacles, and devise suitable management plans and pathways.
Meet performance indicators by converting sales leads into successful placements.
Deliver timely and effective communication and post-placement support to both employers and customers.
Essential Skills and QualificationsDemonstrated excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with customers and clients.
Able to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check.
Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service, sales, administration, employment services, and community development is an advantage.
