**Project Director Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead projects from inception to completion. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing project teams, reporting to senior directors, and delivering projects across various sectors.

  • Manage regulatory approvals and design co-ordination
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Lead tender and proposal preparations and submissions
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Building, or Project Management
  • 7-15 years of experience in a client-side PM role, with head contractor experience ideal
  • Proven end-to-end project management skills from concept through to completion
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and industry-standard contract forms
