Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join our Client Services Team in Dee Why.

About the Role:
This role involves providing Front Office Client Service Support and assisting with administration duties in the daily running of the office. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a financial services company or be a junior candidate with strong admin skills looking for their first step into this industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and warm engagement by phone, email, or in-person with clients.
- Manage daily office logistics, including diary management, client bookings, and meeting management.
- Coordinate client review schedules, book appointments, and follow up with clients as needed.
- Assist with preparation and management of client review reporting.
- Update and maintain client records in the CRM system.
- Perform daily general office duties and participate in ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Above-average customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Clear, effective communication both written and verbal.
- Deadline-driven with high attention to detail.
- A team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized with the ability to multitask across various responsibilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
