About the Job

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team in Canberra, who will be responsible for leading front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and high service standards.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue while optimising resources across the operation.
  • Train, mentor, and manage team performance, fostering a strong and adaptable team in a high demand setting.
  • Deliver exceptional service, handle challenges, and continuously improve service flow across multiple service areas.
  • Ensure all operations meet strict food safety, HACCP, and company compliance standards in a regulated environment.

The Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a strong track record of achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, reporting, and quality management systems.
