Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team.

The role of Leasing Consultant is critical in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring properties are marketed effectively, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

This position involves conducting open homes and inspections, preparing properties for online advertising, lease sign-ups, and administrative tasks.

You will work under the guidance of an experienced Senior on a local portfolio with a reputable Real Estate Agency in New South Wales.

To be successful in this role, you will need a current certificate of registration, a driver's license, excellent communication skills, and a great team player attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting open homes and open for inspections
  • Ingoing & outgoing inspections
  • Routine inspections & Saturday work
  • Diary Management
  • Prepare properties for online advertising
  • Lease sign-ups
  • Preparing leases and lease packs
Requirements:
  • A current certificate of Registration & driver's license is essential
  • High level of professionalism
  • Commitment to superior customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
