Lease Administration Specialist Role

The key responsibilities of a Lease Administration Specialist include comprehensive lease management for strategic office/industrial portfolios. This involves reviewing tenant details, ensuring leases are up-to-date, and administering tenancy lease incentives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Lease Administration team to manage high-profile office and industrial leases.
  • Review and process tenant billings, outgoings recoveries, invoicing, and rent reviews.
  • Manage property expense payments and chase arrears when required.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on tenancy lease incentives and administer incentives as needed.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss lease setups and ensure all information is recorded in the system.
  • Complete tenant account reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
About You:
  • Excellent understanding of office or industrial leases, lease clauses, outgoings, licenses, and property documentation.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships in a client-facing role.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
