Property Leasing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Leasing Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to gain exposure to a wide range of real estate functions including head lease and sub-lease negotiations, lease administration, and property management.

As a Property Leasing Expert, you will be responsible for partnering with the National Leasing Manager to support strategic lease negotiations, contributing to commercially sound outcomes and portfolio growth. You will also assist the property team in driving tenant acquisition through targeted marketing initiatives, effective lease negotiations, and securing occupancy for vacant assets.

You will be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team within a growing business, where curiosity and initiative are valued.
