Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Personal Care Worker. In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and quality of life for residents at our care facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe and high-quality care to residents, adhering to their individual needs and preferences.
  • Ensure personal care tasks are completed accurately, including hygiene, continence care, mobility, eating and drinking.
  • Deliver clinical care such as medication support, basic dressings, and wound care.
  • Offer social and recreational support, assisting residents with activities and interacting with family and visitors.
  • Perform domestic services like cleaning and serving meals.
  • Assess and plan care by completing documentation, progress notes, and daily charts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification (currently enrolled).
  • Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients.
  • Current NDIS Worker Clearance (willingness to obtain).
  • Passionate about delivering person-centered care.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
