Job Role: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to provide high-quality care and support to our elderly residents in a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personal care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Provide mobility support, transfers, and positioning for residents.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
  • Monitor and report changes in the health and well-being of residents.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and fellow team members.
  • Ensure a patient, respectful, and compassionate approach in all care interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
  • At least 3 months of experience in Aged Care would be beneficial.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Full working rights in Australia.
