We are seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our care team at Tenterfield Care Centre.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Enrolled Nurse to take on a leadership position in delivering high-quality residential aged care. You will coordinate care, advise and allocate care staff, recognize and escalate deteriorating residents, provide safe and effective care, promote a positive resident experience, and maintain accurate documentation as per organizational standards.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • To register with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse and have one year of experience in a residential aged care setting (new entrants will be considered)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain) are required
