Job Summary:

About the Role:

This position involves providing safe, respectful, and compassionate care to each resident in accordance with their individual needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with clinical care such as medication management and wound care.
  • Support social and recreational activities for residents.
  • Perform domestic services such as cleaning and serving meals.
  • Monitor and document resident care needs.
Requirements:
  • Certification in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients.
  • NDIS Worker Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
  • Commitment to delivering person-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
