What You Need To Know
  • This is a full-time position that requires regular attendance.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. You will be the first point of contact for clients, responding to phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
  2. Proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery and make recommendations to management.
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
  4. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
