About the Role:

Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and ready to take ownership of key grainfed supply chain operations? Bindaree Food Group is seeking a Grainfed Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing livestock movements, data integrity, reporting, and stakeholder communications across our feedlot network.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where accuracy and efficiency are key.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Coordinate livestock movements, including intake and exit schedules for Myola and external feedlots
  • Manage data entry, reporting, and inventories using StockAid, Feedbunk, FY3000, Promptu, and MS Office tools
  • Prepare and distribute essential reports, including kill costings, buyer reports, and producer feedback
  • Handle diverse inquiries, from bookings and financial matters to producer support, with professionalism and confidence
  • Work closely with the Grainfed Supply Chain Manager to streamline processes, improve reporting systems, and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with IT, Livestock, and Feedlot teams to maintain data accuracy and support ongoing projects

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong administration and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and quickly learn new software tools
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience in agriculture, feedlots, livestock, or supply chain coordination is advantageous but not essential
