Overnight Operations Manager

This role involves overseeing the smooth operation of a residential facility during overnight hours, ensuring residents receive exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and administrative skills, with the ability to manage incidents, maintain records, and perform various tasks as required.

  • Monitor building security and safety, performing regular checks and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Maintain accurate records, process payments, and conduct audits and reporting tasks.
  • Effectively manage incidents during the night shift, including grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Provide support to residents, serving as a friendly and approachable point of contact for assistance and information.
  • Respond to resident concerns regarding noise or disturbances within the building, and resolve lockout situations.

To be successful in this role, you must have a National Police Check (completed within the last three months), a Working with Children Check (NSW), valid work rights in Australia, and a First Aid & CPR Certificate. You must also commit to working an 11 PM – 7 AM shift time.
