Overnight Guest Service Agent

Step into the world of Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, where personalised, world-class service meets timeless elegance. We are seeking a confident and service-driven Overnight Front Desk Agent to join our Front Office team and ensure a warm, professional welcome for every guest—no matter the hour.

As an Overnight Front Desk Agent, you will be the key point of contact during the night shift, responsible for providing seamless check-ins and check-outs, handling guest requests with care, and maintaining the security and efficiency of our overnight operations. Your calm presence, attention to detail, and guest-focused approach will ensure every guest feels cared for and supported, even in the quietest hours.

What You'll Do

Provide professional, welcoming service to all guests arriving or departing during overnight hoursManage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, accurately, and in line with Four Seasons standardsHandle guest inquiries, requests, and issues with empathy, efficiency, and discretionAssist with nightly audits, financial reporting, and end-of-day proceduresMonitor guest activity and ensure the safety, privacy, and comfort of all guests overnightCommunicate effectively with other departments to coordinate early departures, special requests, and next-day preparationsMaintain a tidy and organised front desk and lobby area

What You Will Bring

Previous experience in Front Office or a customer-facing role (preferably in hospitality or luxury environments)A calm and composed demeanour with the ability to work independently during night shiftsStrong problem-solving and multitasking skills, with attention to accuracy and detailExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesFlexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidaysA genuine passion for guest service and a warm, professional attitude
