Key Overnight Position

We are seeking an experienced Night Manager to oversee all overnight operations ensuring residents receive an exceptional customer service experience.

As a night manager, you will be adaptable in your approach and equipped to manage any situation that may arise during evening hours. You will have a natural ability to think on your feet, and to resolve problems as they arise. Resident safety is a top priority for our frontline operations teams.

  • Monitor building security and safety; perform perimeter checks and resolve issues or emergencies that arise while on duty.
  • Carry out administrative tasks including maintaining records, processing payments, audit, reporting, etc.
  • Effectively manage incidents during night shift, including grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Act as a support to the residents to form a friendly and open point of contact for assistance, information, and welfare.
  • Respond to resident calls about noise or disturbances within the building, and lockouts.
  • Attend relevant training and mandatory staff meetings when required.
