Job Opportunity:

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-rise Commercial projects. Your expertise and leadership skills will enable you to coordinate on-site teams effectively, ensuring that all scopes of work are completed according to project plans and specifications.

  • Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Contributing to the development of work methods and rolling short-term construction programs and planning daily/weekly production work.
  • Completing progress reporting, activities reports for shift handovers, and consistent regular reporting to the Superintendent or Project Manager.
  • Reading and understanding plans, reviewing design documentation, reading drawings, and providing constructive review and implementing final designs.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks prior to works commencing, communicating with and engaging relevant stakeholders to control risk, and contributing to building a risk management culture.
  • Training and developing leading hands and ensuring observance of safety, other work standards, and fair and reasonable application of industrial agreements.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Trade qualification or equivalent.
  • Significant experience in a Supervisor or Leading Hand role with a Tier 1 company on high-rise Commercial projects.
  • Skill in review of design documents, ability to understand drawings, provide constructability review, and implement final design plans.
  • People and Performance Management of subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.
