As a seasoned construction professional, we are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead the delivery of high-rise residential, mixed-use, commercial, and retail developments on the Sunshine Coast.

The successful candidate will oversee on-site safety, scheduling, and budgeting, reporting directly to the Site Manager. They will also be responsible for managing teams, ensuring timely completion of finishes programs, and maintaining excellent communication and teamwork.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing day-to-day on-site safety and running site budgets

- Leading teams and ensuring compliance with business systems and project documentation

- Managing subcontractors and site labour to meet project deadlines and quality standards

- Maintaining open communication and fostering teamwork through direct communications and regular on-site meetings

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

- A trade background, preferably as a Carpenter

- Significant experience in major finishes, with a strong track record in delivering high-quality results

- Experience working with tier 1, 2, or 3 head contractors on large-scale projects

- Excellent people management skills, strong leadership abilities, and a collaborative mindset

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

- At least 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably as a Foreman

- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
