Your Role
  1. Manage a caseload of job seekers and assist them in overcoming barriers to employment.
  2. Engage with 'work-ready' job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes, including reverse marketing to employers.
  3. Closely identify and address barriers preventing job seekers from being job ready.
  4. Provide participants with the tools and confidence to enter the workforce.

You will be working at our Springfield and Laidley sites, focusing on the Workforce Australia program.

About You
  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are a confident and trustworthy self-starter who thrives on achieving meaningful results and problem-solving.
  • You can think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations and an ever-changing environment.
  • You have demonstrated experience in achieving business KPIs and targets.
  • You possess computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
