Commercial Landscaping Bid Manager

We are seeking a Senior Estimator to oversee and manage the tendering/quoting process for our civil infrastructure, commercial building sector and subdivision development projects.
Your primary focus will be on commercial landscaping both softscapes and hardscapes. You will be responsible for large scale quoting and involved in tenders which will require previous experience on medium/large scale projects.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Produce accurate estimates and quotes
- Clear skills and knowledge base of end-to-end estimating process
- Experience in reviewing tender documentation and specifications
- Proficient in using estimating/quoting software such as CostX
- High level computer and software skills in Excel, Outlook, MS Word, etc.
- Experience in quoting on landscaping/civil projects and applicable software applications
- Liaise with clients to meet requirements
- Experience working with and advising Project Managers and Supervisors
