Change Manager Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished senior change manager to lead our high-profile transformation.

This highly visible role requires a dynamic individual with previous experience in establishing and leading change management practices across large-scale transformations, ideally for global enterprise organisations.

Partnering with senior leadership you will leverage your experience in building high-performing teams and ensuring best practice change management standards, methodologies and frameworks are embedded to provide strong governance across projects and programs.

Providing thought leadership and direction you will empower a team of experienced change managers to help build a culture of innovation, adaptability and lasting transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor teams of experienced change managers to effectively drive significant change across complex infrastructure and project environments.
  • Leverage best practice change management standards, framework and methodologies to establish the change management practice structure.
  • Develop bespoke change management strategies, communication plans and training tools.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks and provide strong governance throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Track record in leading and mentoring teams of experienced change managers.
  • Experience in leveraging best practice change management standards, framework and methodologies.
  • Advanced experience in developing bespoke change management strategies, communication plans and training tools.
  • Certifications in Prosci, Prince 2 and strong knowledge of change management frameworks including ADKAR.
  • Strong relationships with senior stakeholders including C-level executives.
  • Strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills.

Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required.
