- Efficient processing of employee benefits and deductions.
- Preparation of detailed financial reports related to payroll performance.
- Effective addressing and resolution of payroll-related queries.
- Continuous improvement of payroll systems and processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Collaboration with Accounting & Finance team members for broader financial tasks.
- A strong educational background in Accounting or Finance.
- Proficiency in various payroll software and systems.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- A comprehensive understanding of payroll tax and employment legislation.
- The ability to work effectively within a team and independently, adapting to changing circumstances.
- Strong communication skills, with the capacity to handle sensitive information confidentially.
