Job OpportunityWe are seeking a Product Manager with relevant industry knowledge and a strategic mindset to contribute to the growth of our Hitachi branded excavator range.
Key Responsibilities- Stock Management: Control stock turn days to meet company targets and ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Market Share: Develop and implement strategies to achieve targeted market shares for Hitachi products.
- Margin Achievement: Analyze market trends and ensure margin levels meet corporate targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to determine equipment specifications and drive sales growth.
- Sales Support: Prepare market competitive information to enhance sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to achieve company sales targets and drive business growth.
- Training: Organize and deliver sales training to ensure sales teams are equipped to meet sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to maximize support and sales opportunities.
- Industry Experience: Significant experience within the construction industry, either in sales, technical, or product support roles.
- Strategic Planning: Proven experience in developing and executing strategic and marketing plans.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills to communicate with key stakeholders, including our parent company in Japan.
- Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant management/business discipline are desirable.
