Production Manager

Synaco Global Recruitment is partnering with a reputable steel company to find a skilled Production Supervisor to join their team in Western Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations on the manufacturing floor, ensuring efficient production processes and meeting targets.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
- Monitor product quality and implement quality control programs to maintain high standards.
- Train new and existing employees on production processes and safety protocols.
- Enforce safety guidelines and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage inventory levels to maintain production continuity.
- Communicate goals, objectives, and results to the team and management.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
Essential Criteria:
- 2 Years of prior experience as a Production Supervisor or equivalent position in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge in supply chain management and procurement.
- Able to liaise with other managers about material, training, and staffing requirements.
- Adhere to QA/QC and OHS standards and enforce to staff members.
