  • Answer inbound calls from customers across Australia, promoting our services and providing expert advice tailored to their needs.
  • Use effective communication skills to empathize with and understand customers, confidently de-escalating any grievances.
  • Be flexible with hours to ensure we're there when our customers need us.

Requirements:
