We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical and accounting support to customers
  • Assist customers via phone while managing workload via ticketing system
  • Demonstrate software solutions to customers to assist in solving individual challenges
  • Collaborate with other support team members to deliver best-in-class experience
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams as required

Requirements:

  • Business-level fluency in English and Japanese
  • Knowledge of operating systems and experience with multiple platforms
  • Qualifications in IT or relevant technical training advantageous
  • Experience working in fast-paced customer support role, ideally via phone and ticketing system
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and passion for helping others
  • Quick learner with ability to pick up new software and processes
