About the Role
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a proven track record of working with children in an early childhood setting. A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years.

- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children's Services.
- Understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
- Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance.
- First Aid certification.
