We are looking for a dynamic leader to drive the success of our Evandale centre, overseeing financial performance and maintaining National Quality Standard practices.

The Job Description

This role involves leading the team in delivering a world-class curriculum and fostering a positive culture that supports children's holistic development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving the financial performance of the centre
  • Maintaining National Quality Standard practices
  • Leading a team of educators and support staff
  • Fostering a positive culture that supports children's development

Requirements:

  • A completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards it)
  • Prior experience in a leadership role within a long day-care centre
  • Knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates, as well as a valid Working with Children check
