Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Risk and Compliance, Claims, Marketing, Engineering, and more. The ideal candidate will possess strong operational resilience skills, risk management expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver key assurance activities within control testing programs to ensure excellence in operations.
  2. Collaborate with delivery leaders and engineering teams to build scalable web applications, APIs, and microservices to support strategic initiatives.
  3. Provide high-level support to executive leadership in People, Home & Operations.
  4. Manage complex workflows, contribute to seamless claims processes, and utilize commercial insurance products and assurance experience.
  5. Support development and implementation of pricing and analytics initiatives and projects.
  6. Lead marketing programs to drive acquisition, retention, and loyalty, and shape brand storytelling and customer-centric campaigns.
  7. Participate as a Java engineer with REST API and Spring Boot expertise, with additional React experience as a bonus.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in claims management and/or liability and/or financial lines.
  • Commercial insurance product knowledge and assurance experience.
  • Experience supporting pricing, analytics, or data-driven initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management and ability to work in a dynamic, high-performing environment.
  • Hybrid or flexible work environment experience preferred.
